𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭? 🌸 Workshops on cooking & fermentation techniques, gardening, foraging, herbal medicine and much more! 🌱 Nurturing food and drinks made with local/wild ingredients, products from the farm and ecological smallholder farms in the region, enjoyed together on long tables with views on the mountains 💫 Building long-lasting connections with fellow regenerators and learning from the community spirit of grassroots movements in the area 💪🏼 Throughout the week, we share responsibilities as a group—everyone contributes by helping with cooking, cleaning, and maintaining the shared spaces. We see this as an essential part of regeneration 🌳 Space to rest and unwind during meditation, alone time in nature and walks and dips in the beautiful surroundings of La Garrotxa 📧 Solidarity Payment €450 - €850 including all food, workshops and sleeping in your own tent.
